Mike D’Antoni

In his first full season with the Rockets, D’Antoni was named NBA Coach of the Year and shared the inaugural Michael H. Goldberg NBCA Coach of the year with Miami Heat coach Erik Spoelstra. He came to the Rockets after two years with the Lakers and led the Rockets to a 55-27 records and into the playoffs where they lost to in-state rival San Antonio in the Western Conference Semifinals. They started fast in the 2017-18 season, including a 14-game win streak from Nov. 16-Dec. 18.
